About Shea Oak Massage

Who We Are

Thoughtful, Thorough Care

First opened in 2017 inside Oakway Fitness, Shea Oak Massage quickly focused on pain relief techniques for athletes. At Shea Oak Massage, we provide a total scope approach, addressing more than just isolated areas of discomfort. We take pride in our thoroughness, offering detailed, in-depth sessions focused on identifying the root cause of pain to support lasting relief and overall well-being. We have experience creating treatment plans for professional athletes, as well as individuals pre- and post-surgery, and those recovering from motor vehicle accidents who need a comprehensive approach to care.

At Shea Oak Massage, the focus is on rehabilitation, with one goal in mind: recovery.

Breanna Shea

Owner and Lead LMT

Breanna Shea has been creating comprehensive treatment plans since 2017 for athletes, post-surgical recovery, and motor vehicle accident rehabilitation. As she expanded her knowledge, she studied under mentor Doug Johnson, a retired LMT and Marine, focusing on fascia release techniques, targeted stretching, and medical-grade percussion therapy. Breanna continues to advance her expertise through ongoing education in myofascial release, scraping, and PNF stretching, with a focus on pain relief, recovery, and improved mobility.

Deborah Oshea

PNF coach

Deborah O’shea is a huge advocate for finding balance after surgery/recovery. With a sports background and as someone who had personally seen the results of fascia and stretch being beneficial in her own life, she became a certified stretch coach. Taking both training in California and following up mentorship with Breanna, she has created treatment plans that decrease inflammation and provide lasting results. She also has medical-grade infrared lighting that she can use during the sessions.
