Sports massage is a targeted bodywork therapy designed for active individuals and athletes. It focuses on muscles used in physical activity to help prevent injury, improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and support recovery after exercise or training. This therapy can also enhance overall performance and help the body move and function more efficiently.

At Shea Oak Massage, we use advanced tools including the GK3 percussion device, infrared light therapy, and scraping tools to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, relieve pain, support muscle recovery, decrease tension, improve tissue mobility, and promote faster healing throughout the body.

Motor Vehicle Accident Recovery

We focus on therapeutic modalities that relieve pain, reduce muscle spasms, prevent scar tissue buildup, improve nerve function, and support recovery from concussions, neck strain, back pain, and other injury-related conditions. We also work closely with McKenzie Chiropractic to support treatment and recovery.

Most insurance plans require a doctor’s referral. If you have questions or need help checking your benefits, please contact us.

We also offer membership packages. These annual memberships include 1 to 4 sessions per month (60 or 90 minutes) at a discounted rate when paid on the day of service. Availability is limited, so please call for current pricing and openings.
